In order to meet the pressing travel needs of Chinese citizens who are living or traveling in Western Europe during the pandemic, Air China Limited (hereinafter referred to as Air China)will be resuming flights between Madrid and Beijing starting from July 2022.Flights will operate every Saturday, with the first flight scheduled for July2.
The aircraft used will be the Airbus A-359,with Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class seating.Beijing-Madrid flights will depart at 13:30 local time. Madrid-Beijing flights will depart at 22:15 local time, and land in Tianjin for entry quarantine procedures.

In accordance with the latest announcement issued by the Chinese Embassy and consulates in Spain, please pay attention to the following information:
1. Passengers traveling from Madrid to Beijing are required to take two nucleic acid tests. Within 48 hours and 24 hours before the flight takes off, two different testing institutions in the same consular area, using different reagents, each conduct a nucleic acid test, and the two sampling intervals are more than 24 hours. Special reminder: 48 hours and 24 hours before flight departure are accurate to the hour (sampling time). For other relevant requirements and information, please refer to the official announcement issued by the Chinese Embassy and consulates in Spain.
2. In order to ensure inspection of health codes and test results of the two nucleic acid tests are carried out smoothly before boarding, passengers are requested to check that they have obtained a health code issued by the Chinese Embassy and consulate in Spain, and to bring with them two hard-copy nucleic acid test reports when going to the airport for check in. Our check-in staff will collect and retain these after on-site inspection. Passengers without a valid health code issued by the Chinese Embassy and consulates in Spain will not be able to board the aircraft.
3. The check-in counter for Air China flights departing from Madrid is in T1. Passengers should arrive at the airport 4 hours
in advance for check in. Flights departing from Beijing are at Beijing Capital International Airport T3.
4. For the health of yourself and others, please take relevant epidemic prevention measures to strengthen personal protection. Avoid non-essential travel before traveling. After completing two nucleic acid tests, you should self isolate at home to prevent post-test infection. Wear a mask and maintain a social distance of 1 meter when checking in. Preventative measures should be
taken for the entire journey, during the flight and after landing at the destination airport, to minimize the risk of infection.
5. Continue to do a good job of monitoring your health. If you experience any suspicious symptoms, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible,truthfully report the symptoms to the Chinese Embassy and consulates in Spain,and cancel your trip to China.
