Transit Guiding Service
Service Overview
Passengers with Air China First Class or Business Class tickets for connecting flights on routes from Europe, the Americas, Oceania or Africa who are transiting via Beijing Capital International Airport and have booked luxury transit accommodation are entitled to our transfer guiding service free of charge. The service will be provided in both Chinese and English for a smooth and stress-free transit!
How to Book
1. Booking channel: Air China Sales Service Hotline (95583).
2. Booking deadline: The transit guiding service must be booked no later than 12:00am (Beijing time) one day before the flight is scheduled to arrive in Beijing.
Service Procedure
The passenger arrives in Beijing on an Air China flight through the above-mentioned routes.
Service personnel welcome the passenger where the aircraft is parked.
If the aircraft is parked at a bridge stand, service personnel will wait for the passenger at the jet bridge with a welcome sign in Chinese and English; if the aircraft is parked at a remote stand, service personnel will wait for the passenger at the shuttle bus drop off point with a welcome sign in Chinese and English.

Service personnel will accompany the passenger through the baggage claim, quarantine, border control and customs inspection procedures.

- For details or rules regarding the transit guiding service, please call the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583.
- Passengers who have already booked special assistance cannot book the transit guiding service.
- The number of reservations for the transit guiding service is limited and bookings are subject to availability.
- During the transit guiding service, if the passenger needs to handle personal matters for more than 20 minutes, the service can no longer be provided.
- In the event of a flight alteration or cancellation, passengers are required to call the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583 to confirm the status of the transit service booking.
