A: No. Currently, our self-service itinerary printing service is only available for tickets purchased from Air China’s designated ticket offices, Air China’s website, and the global service hotline +86-10-95583.
3. Can I use the self-service itinerary printing service if my itinerary includes other airlines' flight segments?
A: The service is only available for flights operated by Air China. Itineraries for flights operated by other airlines can be obtained from those airlines.
4. Is the self-service itinerary printing service available for China domestic connecting flights?
A: Yes.
5. Is the self-service itinerary printing service available for group bookings?
A: Yes. The system also can be used to print itineraries for group bookings. In this case, each individual passenger will have an individual boarding pass.
6. When is the self-service itinerary printing service available?
A: From 13 days before departure through seven days after departure.
7. What should I do if my itinerary is lost?
A: The itinerary can be issued only once and cannot be reprinted if it is lost.
8. How can I return my ticket if I have already printed my itinerary on heat-sensitive paper?
A: You can return your ticket to the ticket office where you made the purchase. Please bring your printed itinerary and valid identification documents. If you bought your tickets through Air China’s website, mobile platforms, or by calling the Air China hotline, you can call Air China’s global service hotline +86-10-95583 to return your ticket and mail your printed itinerary to Air China.
